Som Department Manager i H&M, vil du bruge 80% af din tid, hvor det hele sker – nemlig på sales floor. Ikke mindst fordi det er sjovest, men også for at støtte og lede dit team, så I sammen kan nå jeres mål og inspirere kunderne til at blive ved med at komme tilbage. Du forstår hvor vigtigt det er at lytte til dit teams ideer og hjælpe dem med at udvikle sig. Når du ikke er på sales floor, udvikler du salgsstrategier og planlægger den bedste vej frem for dit team og butikkens succes. Du trives i højt tempo i en rolle, hvor du tager hurtige beslutninger og udfører dem i praksis. Du er en problemløser med en positiv attitude, du er velorganiseret og forstår, hvordan du kan motivere og inspirere folk omkring dig. Udover disse kompetencer har du også en stor iværksætterånd og kan forudse vores kunders behov.

Ansvarsområder
  • Du sikrer, at store operations og best practices følges i din afdeling og i hele butikken.
  • Du driver salg og profit ved at skabe en plan for at levere enestående kundeservice.
  • Du styrker teamet ved at fremme feedback.
  • Du sikrer, at du har et godt team og støtter deres udvikling. Du arbejder med succession planning, talentudvikling og performance management for dit team baseret på resultater, værdier og lederskab.
  • Du håndterer nye varer - udpakning, opfyldning og varepræsentation er en vigtig del af arbejdet.
Kvalifikationer
  • Et customer first mindset, hvor du skaber den bedste kundeoplevelse og samtidig er ambassadør for H&M.
  • En oprigtig interesse for mode og kommende trends.
  • En salgsorienteret tilgang, hvor du arbejder for det fælles mål i et miljø med højt tempo.
  • En evne til at lede; du samarbejder med store management teamet for at optimere butikkens resultater, drift, rekruttering og udvikling. Du inspirerer teamet ved at være en leder, der hjælper alle med at forstå vigtigheden af alles bidrag til den samlede succes.
  • En forståelse for, hvordan man analyserer tal og udarbejder planer med henblik på at maksimere salget og sikre, at dit team altid giver vores kunder den bedste shoppingoplevelse.
