As a Robotics Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with GrowHub colleagues, segment stakeholders, and digital resources and work alongside R&D engineers, software developers, and project managers. Based in Hempel Headquarters in Lyngby, Denmark, you'll work with the Head of GrowHub and focus on:
- Lead the Future: Design, develop, and implement robotic systems that push the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Innovate Daily: Dive into the latest robotics technologies, bringing new ideas to life and enhancing our operational efficiency.
- Collaborate and Integrate: Work closely with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of robotics into our future blended products and services.
- Drive Projects: Lead robotics projects from concept to deployment, being responsible for everything from budgets to timelines.
- Optimize Performance: Test, troubleshoot, and optimize systems to achieve peak performance and safety.
- Mentor and Lead: Share your knowledge by training junior engineers and supporting our team’s growth.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
You are a Robotics Engineer, and you would also engage with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors for the testing, procurement, and implementation of robotics systems.
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in robotics engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, ROS, CAD software, robotic simulation tools, and PLCs. Strong understanding of kinematics, dynamics, and control systems.
- Attitude: A creative and ambitious thinker, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous learning.
