We're a team of passionate gamers and history buffs building a vast medieval sandbox set in Europe. This project aims to push boundaries - especially by delivering an immersive medieval battle experience. As we continue to grow, we're expanding our Community Team and looking for a Community Developer to help us engage with players, create content, and keep everyone informed. With more hands on deck, we can build an even stronger, more connected and transparent community
What You'll DoAs our Community Developer, you'll be a key player in growing and engaging our community. You'll work closely with our community lead, helping shape the voice of Raw Power Games through streams, posts, blogs, patch notes, and more.
Your Responsibilities Will Include- Help us grow and engage with our community on Discord, forums, and social media, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Creating awesome and fun posts, blogs, and patch notes, ensuring players stay informed and excited about the game.
- Help with live streams, interviews, and Q&A sessions to showcase game features and updates.
- Editing and producing images and shortform videos, dev diaries, and community content (bonus points if you have experience in this area).
- Collaborating with developers and the marketing team to ensure player feedback is heard and acted upon.
- Supporting modding communities, sharing insights, and highlighting great creations.
- And have fun while doing it

What We're Looking For- Minimum of 5 years experience in community development or a similar role in gaming.
- Passion for games
- Strong communication skills - you know how to engage and excite a community.
- Content creation skills , from social media posts to blog writing.
- Video/ image editing experience (a huge plus, but not required).
- A team player mindset , working collaboratively with developers and marketing.
- Familiarity with Discord, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and social media platforms.
