About the role

Working any 3 from 7, 30 hours per week, you will be responsible for:

  • Handle night administration duties efficiently in the office.
  • Dispatch drivers and ensure smooth operations throughout the night.
  • Complete and maintain accurate paperwork and records.
  • Input data accurately into computer systems.
  • Manage and resolve telephone queries and issues from drivers and customers.
  • Produce and distribute regular email reports.
  • Monitor and respond to any operational challenges as they arise.
About you

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the transport industry, although prior experience is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills are a must, along with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. We are looking for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and remain calm and confident when handling driver and customer issues. Flexibility around working hours is essential, as this role requires adaptability to meet the demands of a busy night shift.
