We seek someone with a proven track record of successfully driving projects and implementing process optimizations across departments. In this role, you will spearhead key internal initiatives, ensuring our setup is state-of-the-art and matches our company's ambitions and growth.

About the Job
You will be a key driver of internal projects and process enhancements across the organization. Your strategic expertise will help to prioritize and implement critical initiatives. These initiatives will span a wide range of areas, including performance analyses, IT system rollouts, organizational design, and ESG strategy development.
In this role, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, freedom, and responsibility, allowing you to shape impactful solutions that resonate throughout the business. Our collaborative culture ensures that we continuously support each other in refining our approaches, enhancing our colleagues' outcomes, and improving overall operational effectiveness.
It is a job of great variety, but main tasks include:
- Support obtaining requirements from the business to scope, estimate, and prioritize new internal improvement projects
- Facilitate and drive process optimization and business development
- Implement initiatives going from minor process improvements to large integration projects across different locations
- Actively engage in stakeholder management across our departments and countries
- Take part in ad hoc analyses and preparation of presentations to support management in decision-making on a strategic and tactical level
You will work closely with the Director of Business Performance and the team. Your daily work will be from our headquarters in Aalborg, John F. Kennedys Plads 43. However, we understand the demands of commuting and offer a flexible work environment, allowing you to work from home frequently.

You bring strong business acumen and a passion for driving business development, backed by a proven track record of successfully leading initiatives in dynamic and diverse organizations. Your focus is on making a tangible impact by enhancing the effectiveness of those around you, ensuring the organization is well-positioned for growth and success.
You are a proactive problem-solver, comfortable navigating complex cases, and simply a standout colleague who loves to contribute to the positive energy in your working relationships.
Ideally, you will bring the following experience and qualities to our business:
- 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on transformations, business development, and decision-making support
- Strong track record and method in leading projects successfully
- Experience with collaborating across teams, functions, and locations to catalyze transformation in organizations
- The ability to translate business needs into effective, strategic solutions
- Fluent English is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
