Payroll Specialist – Bring your eye for details into play
Join Systematic and play a key role in ensuring our payroll processes in Systematic are running correct and smooth. Are you driven by processes and have an eye for details? Do you want to be part of a team that values teamwork and collaboration? Then you are the one we are looking for
Join a well-established People & Culture dept
In our highly recognized People Services team, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist to drive our payroll process primarily focusing on Denmark.
The team is part of the P&C department, where we take pride in our collaborative and dynamic environment. The payroll team consists of 7 colleagues across Aarhus and Bucharest, with 3 (including this role) focusing on payroll. We value knowledge sharing while also having individual responsibilities.
A well-structured payroll process
Together with the team, you will be responsible for Systematic's payroll across our offices.
As a Payroll Specialist, your main responsibility will be to ensure efficient and accurate processing of payroll administration in Systematic, Denmark. In time, there will be possibilities to take on payroll processes for other countries.
Furthermore, you will work with our Finance Department, responsible for our various payroll accounts and ensure a thorough reconciliation process.
You will also control our salary email account, including answering a variety of questions from our employees.
You should expect to work with the following systems; Microsoft D365, Lessor cloud-based integrated module in 365, SuccessFactors, and individual payroll provider systems – though it is not a prerequisite to have worked with these prior.
Bring your competencies into play
Our new colleague is motivated to work with payroll, possessing the competencies to run our payroll process locally in Denmark. This requires a high focus on details and the ability to take necessary actions when problems occur.
At the same time, we envisage that you:
- Have a relevant degree and experience in payroll and/or finance
- Can ensure accurate and compliant employment-related payments and deductions for all assigned countries
- Can create structured reports using our in-house tools
- Are proactive and prepared to take initiative
- Enjoy coordinating and cooperating with stakeholders across the organization
- Are an experienced user in Excel
- Speak and write English fluently, as it is our corporate language
Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects.
Never stop developing
Systematic is truly international, proudly Danish, and uniquely people-centric. Together, we write intelligent and innovative code to drive progress and improve lives. We develop IT solutions that make a real difference where it matters most. This is why we never stop developing. Here, there is room to be professional and personal. It is not just a place to work but a place to belong.
You can look forward to joining our Employees Club offering almost 100 events of both social and professional character a year – plenty to choose from. Our colleagues also highlight our canteen, which serves a variety of delicious and healthy dishes each day. In addition, we offer several employee benefits such as paid Home Internet, health insurance, and a company pension scheme. Finally, we are always up for a friendly game of padel at our new padel court in Aarhus
