YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
As a Production Quality Engineer, you will be a part of our RTW Production team, based at our HQ in Copenhagen. The primary focus will be the final fit, finish and quality in production. This role will own the specifications and provide lead on construction and fit in correspondence with the Production and Development teams. You will be responsible for a part of the collection from SMS comments till shipment. It is required that you own and drive the product quality as well as the process. You will work closely with the Production Managers and the Quality Manager to strengthen the fit, quality and finish standard from suppliers. Following up on customer and sales feedback to improve customer satisfaction. You will be managing critical paths within the production lead-times in correspondence with the rest of the production team. Maintaining and validating product master data in our system as well as complying with workflow and other supporting tools are crucial tasks as well.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years experience from a similar position
  • Good knowledge of fit, patternmaking, and garment construction
  • Expertise within cost engineering and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Proactive approach to identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best solutions with a value driven commitment.
  • Detail oriented with an ability to keep the objectives in mind
  • Excellent collaboration skills and an ability to manage multiple timelines and deadlines
  • High level of both verbal and writing English
  • Flair for working with multiple digital tools and platforms as well as a high level of accuracy
  • Denim knowledge is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Navision or Centric PLM is an advantage
