Trendhim is on an ambitious journey to become a global market leader in men's accessories. We are investing significantly in marketing, shopper journey perfection, and category management to achieve our goals. That's why we have created a new role of Head of Performance Marketing.

In this role, you will define our strategy to ensure we achieve maximum return on our marketing investment, primarily in Google and Social media platforms and our CRM channels. You will define how to navigate a complicated market with increased competition and rising marketing costs and ensure we can measure the impact accurately across several channels and more than 25 markets.

As we invest more in brand building, you and your team will ensure that we convert traffic and drive sales, and that we build the right attribution model to track our investments and deliver the best possible ROAS and POAS. Within the channel mix, you will also lead our expansion plans on global marketplaces like Zalando and Amazon, as well as other relevant revenue channels such as affiliates.

All decisions are based on strong market and tech insights, and you'll deliver on these ambitions in collaboration with the other teams in Trendhim Commercial. You will have a dedicated team of strong specialists reporting directly to you, and you will be a key member of Trendhim's extended management team.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Define our performance marketing strategy to ensure we navigate through the changing market landscape with maximum return on investment.
  • Ensure we have the right attribution model and contribute to optimising our media mix modelling alongside the brand team and our media agency.
  • Ensure we capture the maximum value of 1. part data.
  • Lead our expansion strategy into marketplaces and ensure marketplaces become an integral part of our channel mix alongside Google, Social and E-mail.
  • Lead the Performance Marketing team and ensure a proactive team that is always ready to challenge the status quo and capture value in new tech opportunities.
  • Play an active role in our Commercial lead team and the Trendhim extended management team.

Who You Are

  • At least 5 years of digital marketing strategy experience from a mid-sized/large e-commerce company or digital media agency.
  • You have navigated across multiple digital channels in your career, and you thrive in overall optimization across a broad channel mix.
  • Solid leadership experience of a minimum of 2-3 years.
  • Expertise in tech, AI, and commerce modelling (attribution, 1. part data, and potentially econometrics).
  • A strong communicator who can drive followership for your agenda within the teams around you.
  • You are data-driven in everything you do, believing that winning with customer demands is key to success.
