About the role
We are looking for a Purchaser to join our highly skilled team in Procurement & Contract Management. As a team, we are working on ensuring all purchases for goods and services are done in a timely manner and agreed terms in cooperation with your colleagues based in India.
Why do we need you? We are busy supporting the projects and implementing a new ERP system, and your role will be key in our ability to deliver both.

How you might spend your days
As a Purchaser, you’ll be:
- Responsible for purchase of components, equipment and services in the projects
- Following-up on status of orders, invoices and invoice approvals and communicate to stakeholders
- Updating systems with relevant information
- Assisting in developing and maintaining work procedures and collection of data for reporting to project management
- Preparing change orders
- Supplier and customer contact
- Participating in implementation of our new ERP system

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have experience within purchasing of goods and services. Ideally, your experience is supported by a relevant education
- You have a general flair for digital platforms including Microsoft 365, experience with ERP implementation and if you are familiar with D365 finance and project operation it is a plus
- You are good at keeping an overview and have focus on the details
- You enjoy the purchaser role and having a close cooperation with suppliers and stakeholders
- You speak and write Danish and English fluently
