Til en nyoprettet stilling som PLE Manager søger vi en leder, der kan samle, udvikle og skabe en fantastisk afdeling med fokus på at optimere, tilpasse og innovere Vitrolife ‘s banebrydende produkter indenfor medicinsk udstyr til fertilitetsbehandling.

Vitrolife er en international koncern inden for medicinsk udstyr og genetiske ydelser. Virksomheden udvikler, producerer og markedsfører produkter til fertilitetsbehandling foruden ydelser, der giver kunden adgang til personlig genetisk information, med det formål at forbedre klinisk praksis inden for barnløshed, kvinders sundhed og sjældne sygdomme. Koncernen har hovedkontor i Gøteborg i Sverige og beskæftiger i øjeblikket ca. 1.100 medarbejdere på verdensplan. Koncernens produkter, ydelser og løsninger sælges på over 125 forskellige markeder gennem et netværk af datterselskaber og distributører.

Vitrolife Group består af 3 divisioner (Consumables, Technologies og Genetic), hvor Vitrolife Technologies har hovedsæde i Viby ved Aarhus, og hvor du sammen med mere end 100 andre dedikerede kolleger vil have din daglige gang.

Stillingen

Vi søger en afdelingsleder der kan skabe de perfekte rammer for vores nyetablerede PLE afdeling, hvor der pt er 8 medarbejdere, og som forventet vil vokse i den kommende tid. I afdelingen er der forskellige baggrunde som bl.a. mekanik-, elektronik- og sundhedsteknologi ingeniører samt software udviklere, der alle arbejder med tekniske forbedringsprojekter af den eksisterende portefølje af produkter og tilhørende supply chain, produktion og service processer.

Du bliver en væsentlig del af afdelingens kommende succes, og skal sikre at afdelingen kommer i mål som en troværdig og effektiv support til virksomhedens øvrige afdelinger gennem intern koordinering, ledelse og udvikling af afdelingens medarbejdere.

Dine Primære arbejdsopgaver bliver bla. :

  • At sikre tæt koordinering med afdelingens primære interessenter; Indkøb, Produktion og Service
  • At prioritere afdelingens opgaver baseret på god forståelse for udbytte af opgaverne
  • At understøtte effektiv opgave og projekt eksekvering med klar målstyring
  • At udøve nærværende ledelse med fokus på godt samarbejde og personlig udvikling
  • At understøtte beslutninger og teknisk sparring med dygtige specialister i afdelingen
  • At udnytte synergien i at have specialister og generalister i samme team
  • At være en inspirerende bannerfører for en ambitiøs forbedringskultur for alle kollegaer

Du har en teknisk baggrund og har tidligere arbejdet med forbedrings- og udviklingsprojekter og har et grundigt indblik i og forståelse for produktion, procesoptimering, koordinering, udvikling, LEAN og optimering. Hertil kommer naturligvis ledelseserfaring fra en lignende stilling i en udviklings- og support funktion som f.eks en PTA, teknisk support eller Service Engineering afdeling.

Det er vigtigt at du kan prioritere opgaverne og gå forrest når beslutningerne skal tages, både internt i afdelingen som eksternt ifht. ”interne” kunder i Vitrolife. Du er organiseret og meget struktureret i din tilgang til opgaverne og evner at navigere mellem forskellige holdninger og synspunkter på tværs af virksomheden og ikke mindst har du en særlig evne til at motivere og udvikle dine medarbejdere.

Som person er du en åben og ledelsesmæssig tilgængelig type. Du er omstillingsparat, videbegærlig og engageret og kan både lytte og forstå. Du er en inspirerende kollega med veludviklede samarbejdsevner der naturligt går i spænd med resten af virksomhedens dedikerede og engagerede medarbejdere, som i øvrigt ser meget frem til at byde dig velkommen.
