I luftfartsbranchen er der en lang række lovmæssige krav, vi løbende skal sikre, vi lever op til og får implementeret på den rette måde de relevante steder i organisationen. Som Compliance Manager er din overordnede opgave samt ansvar at sikre, vi følger og er compliant med gældende lovgivning samt procedurer.

Jobbet
Din dagligdag er meget afvekslende med en bred vifte af opgaver, heriblandt:

  1. Tilsikre compliance ift. gældende regler, lovgivning samt EU-forordninger for Lufttrafik og ”Flyvepladser”
  2. Implementering af samt fokus på at de enkelte luftfartsselskabers procedurer og regler overholdes
  3. Vedligehold og ajourføring af lufthavnens flyvepladshåndbog
  4. Ansvar for intern audit af at vi i Aalborg Lufthavn er compliant med regler, lovgivning, og procedurer
  5. Facilitator ved ekstern audit
  6. Afrapportering til Lufthavnsdirektøren

Du vil have en stor berøringsflade – både internt med lufthavnens medarbejdere samt eksternt med bl.a. flyselskaber, myndigheder, leverandører og andre lufthavne. Det er vigtigt, at du evner at skabe gode relationer og etablere et positivt samarbejde med lufthavnens øvrige medarbejdere, da det i høj grad er medarbejderne, der i dagligdagen skal implementere og efterleve regler og procedurer.

Desuden vil du indgå i tæt samarbejde med vores Safety Manager og du refererer direkte til lufthavnsdirektøren.

Din profil
Din uddannelsesmæssige baggrund er mindre vigtig, så længe du har lyst til og flair for at tilegne dig ny viden ift. regler og lovgivning. Det er til gengæld en forudsætning, at du har erfaring fra luftfart - enten på jorden eller i luften - og gerne fra en tilsvarende stilling – dog ikke et krav. Du har måske også arbejdet med compliance i et andet job.
