Join our e-commerce team as Technical Lead

At team.blue Denmark, covering renowned entities like DanDomain, ScanNet, and Curanet, we have developed an E-commerce platform serving a majority of the Nordic online stores.

As the Software Technical Lead, you will play a vital role in our development team, with responsibilities that extend across the PHP backend, frontend and DevOps tasks.

What you'll do

  • Guide technological direction, from system architecture to prioritizing technical debt, ensuring knowledge sharing, and identifying solutions to ensure progress
  • Spearhead product initiatives, understanding the "why" behind our strategies, ensuring technical progress, and maintaining stakeholder engagement
  • Foster team cohesion, offering mentorship and facilitating impactful communication

What we're looking for

  • A seasoned background with 5-7+ years in software development, ideally with experience in different product/SaaS environments
  • Proven leadership skills in senior developer, architect, or tech lead roles, with an ambition for further professional growth
  • A holistic understanding of software development
  • Exceptional decision-making skills, effective communication, and a strategic outlook on software development and team dynamics
  • Proficiency in English; Danish is beneficial
  • A preference for office-based work

In your advantage

  • Experience with Laravel or similar PHP frameworks
  • Experience with development of APIs (REST, GraphQL)
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps
  • Experience with test-driven development
