This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Specialist who is passionate about driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing supply chain processes, collaborating across various functions to optimize efficiency, and delivering on key business goals. You will be responsible for managing significant procurement, optimizing stock and order management, and ensuring smooth coordination with stakeholders and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project & Data Management: Take charge of key projects, analyse complex data, and manage order processing and inventory efficiently.
  • Stakeholder & Supplier Collaboration: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and business partners while overseeing a significant portion of company spend in Denmark.
  • Procurement & KPI Management: Oversee procurement for fasteners, manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, and meet critical KPIs such as IFOT, MOH, and SLOB.
  • Campaign & Process Optimization: Lead project execution, enhance operational processes, forecast freight needs, and manage outsourcing and insourcing projects to streamline operations.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in supply chain management or a similar role.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a focus on results.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
  • Fluency in both English and Danish (written and spoken).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a drive for continuous improvement.
