System Sales Engineer

This will be achieved by working in close collaboration with the current Reliability Solutions Sales Manager and Nordics sales organization.
This position will be involved in all phases, from cold canvas to contractual awards.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Drive sales of Emerson Reliability Solutions to new and existing customers in Denmark - including products, solutions and services;
- Approach customers with a consultative and value-based approach to understand customer expectations and business drivers and convert these into sales and business results;
- Identify market requirements and develop and execute the strategies and tactics for the growth of orders and profitability;
- Sales ownership from cold canvas, and business development to successful contractual negotiations;
- Contribute to a strong team spirit and encourage teamwork to succeed as a team;
- Facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and benefit from an organization with extensive knowledge integral to your success.
Who You Are:
You are a sales professional with solid experience within reliability and asset management solutions. You get motivated by advising customers on optimization solutions in a technical landscape and you possess the skills of engaging with customers across all organizational levels. You have deep knowledge of the industrial market landscape in Denmark and have an interest in business development, including cold canvassing and pipeline building. You are passionately motivated to make an impact, always deliver outstanding work, and act with integrity.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in Sales Account in the industrial Reliability Solutions market for all types of Industrial Assets;
- Business acumen and experience with a strong Reliability Solutions background (Industry/Business knowledge);
- Experience/knowledge from the Danish industrial landscape;
- Documented sales expertise from cold canvas to successful contract negotiation;
- Engineering Degree in Automation/Electrical or equivalent experience from the industry;
- Relevant Product/Application/Solution expertise;
- Proficient in English written and oral.
