Core Responsibilities Finance Business Partner for BULK Distribution:
  • Responsible for core financial processes.

  • Driver of E2E performance management - framework & execution.

  • Drive productivity roadmap and initiatives.

  • Co-drive strategic choices and business cases.

  • Active participation in Tendering, Negotiations & Contracting.

  • Global Transportation Finance lead:

    • Co-drive freight management strategy.

    • Co-drive sustainability agenda within Distribution.

    • Co-drive global performance management framework and benchmarking (internal & external).

Logistics capabilities are increasingly becoming a key value proposition towards shoppers, and consequently, logistics networks across the globe are going through significant transformations in these years – including ours. As Senior Finance Manager for BULK Distribution & Global Transportation, you have financial responsibility for all finance-related matters across our internal logistics including performance management, productivity, global sourcing strategy, and strategic vendor management.

Based out of our Headquarters in Billund, you will join the Global Operations Finance Partnering team. More specifically, you will be part of a team focusing on Distribution, S&OP, capacity planning, inventory management, and operating model optimization. The team has a global footprint and a global stakeholder landscape.

Do you have what it takes?
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in finance relevant topics (Management accounting etc.) Cand. Merc. or similar.

  • 5+ years of business partnering experience within the finance area of a global company.

  • Strong collaboration/networking proficiencies.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ideally, experience from a production company.

  • Courage, curiosity & confidence.
