The Scope of Your Role
As the current market leader, e-conomic is at a significant juncture. To stay ahead, we must anticipate and shape the future. Where will our commercial growth come from in the coming years? What are the strategic bets you and your team anticipate for our small and medium sized customers that have growing expectations for their accounting suite? How do we ensure, that e-conomic efficiently scale with our SMBs in their growth journey?

These are some of the key questions we expect you to lead through direct customer engagement by pioneering account-based development initiatives together with your team.

What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll lead a team of Product Managers, focusing on companies with 10-99 employees. You'll co-create and execute a product strategy to enable more of our customers to stay with us as they grow their company and acquire new customers within this segment.

Simply put, as our Product Line Manager you'll be responsible for:

  1. Strategic direction : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to co-create a powerful product strategy, actively participating in execution and ensuring strategies are rock-solid before delegation.
  2. Lead Goal Execution : Drive the execution of our 2025 goals for your Product Line with unwavering focus, ensuring that our strategic ambitions are met.
  3. Commercial Growth Planning : Monitor the market and develop action plans to drive commercial growth within the next few years, focusing on either enhancing existing services or targeting new customers with fresh value propositions.
  4. Hands-on Team Leadership : You'll inspire and lead a team of Product Managers, fostering collaboration and driving their professional growth.

Your Team
You will be responsible for managing a small team of 2-3 Product Managers as you drive the strategic direction for targeting the complex customer segments.

Furthermore you will step into our Product Management Leadership team led by Product director, Andreas Rafn , who states, "Together we will foster a product management culture that promotes transparency and innovation, and build the next era of accounting software."

Have a chat with Andrea, our Commercial Manager, for about 30 min.

2. First interview
Meet Andres and Andrea for an in-person interview, where you'll get to know more about the role and they equally can learn even more about your experiences and talents. This interview will be around 60 min.

3. Second interview
Prior to the interview you'll complete a personality test, and prepare for a case discussion.

Dive deeper into the role with Andreas Rafn and Christian Wook (CPO) for around 120 min. During this interview, you'll also receive feedback on your personality test.

4. Third interview
Join Mads Radoor, People Business Partner for our Product department, for a 45 min. Leadership Philosophy Interview.
