Demand Planner

Currently for our Health & Medical Business Unit, we are looking for a Demand Planner to support our NBC region (Nordics, Benelux, Canada). In this role, you will report directly to the Business Logistics Director for the NBC region.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze historical demand and filter out outliers, identifying the most appropriate statistical forecasting algorithm.
  • Enrich the base statistical forecast with accurate and timely market intelligence data.
  • Execute local S&OP processes and facilitate monthly Demand Review Meetings.
  • Act as the local interface to the central demand planning hub and work within the framework of the global demand planning processes.
  • Generate the new product forecast using historical substitution and like modeling/scenario planning techniques agreed with Marketing and Category Management.
  • Understand the impact of customer buying patterns.
  • Effectively communicate with and engage the Customer on operational issues.
  • Drive central hyper-care support immediately after ERP go live.

  • Solid demand planning expertise within a matrix organization.
  • Analytical and IT skills with ERP and Demand Planning systems (ideally SAP).
  • Team player with exceptional communication skills.
  • Resilient and result-oriented.
  • Able to work with tight deadlines.
  • Continuous Improvement mindset.
  • Flexible in response to changing priorities.
  • English language skills are a must.

Location
This role might be based in Allerod (Denmark), Gothenburg (Sweden), or Espoo (Finland).
