Som proces kemiker i BE vil du blive en del af en afdeling, hvor vi er den sidste del af produktionen inden vores kunder derfor er tempoet er højt.

Du vil være i tæt samarbejde med proces tekniker, vedligeholdelsespersonale, operatører samt ledelsen for at sikre vi altid leverer produkter, sikkerhedsmæssigt forsvarligt, I rette kvalitet til aftalt tid.

I denne rolle, kommer du til at gøre en forskel ved at have erfaring med:

  • Procesoptimering, såsom at forbedre eksisternede processer for at øge effektiviteten, reducere omkostningerne og forbedre produktkvaliteten.
  • Proces ansvar, såsom hygiene kvalificering, dokumenteret tilsætning.
  • Kvaliteteskontrol, såsom sikre at processerne overholder gældende krav samt at kunne analysere produktkvaliteten.
  • Sikkerhed og overholdelse, sikre at alle processer overholder lovgivning og industristandarder.
  • Fejlfinding og problemløsning, identifikation og løsning af problemer i eksisterende processer for at minimere nedetid og ineffektivitet via systematisk problemløsning.
  • Optimering, kontinuerlig overvågning og justering af processerne for at forbedre ydeevnen og reducere spild.

Du vil være et godt match til denne rolle hvis du besidder:

  • Gode analytiske færdigheder og kan eksekvere hurtigt på problemstillinger.
  • Systematisk problemløsning på minimum A3 niveau.
  • Gode samarbejdsevner med alle medarbejdergrupper.
  • Et ”CAN DO” mindset.
