Position OverviewAs a Technical Solution Trainee, you will work closely with colleagues in Aarhus, as well as our teams in Copenhagen, the US, Vietnam, and China. Your primary tasks will include collaborating with customers to design and implement data integrations with ERP and PLM systems, with support from a Qarma project manager. You will assist customers in setting up BI dashboards on platforms such as Power BI and Tableau and support the delivery team during user training sessions and client meetings. Additionally, you will respond to user requests through various customer support channels, including email, built-in product support, and WhatsApp, while investigating technical issues reported by users and determining their root causes. You will coordinate with our development team in Aarhus to identify and discuss solutions for user-reported problems and monitor data channels and integrations to ensure smooth operation. The position is with hopes of a long-term hire in one of our global offices.
