Environmental Monitoring / Clean Room Supporter to new factory

Category: Manufacturing

Location: Kalundborg, Region Zealand, DK

We are currently building a new production facility and are looking for a person who is passionate about working with Environmental Monitoring (EM). Are you looking for a career opportunity where you help define how we ensure the right environment and meet the requirements inside our many rooms with production? Would you like to join a newly established team, where you will improve and exercise your technical and analytical skills to ensure the production environment is top-notch?

If so, apply today and become our new Environmental Monitoring Supporter in our new factory in Kalundborg.

The Position

As an EM Supporter, you will be responsible for ensuring that the production environment is ready for production and meets the regulatory requirements in many classified clean rooms across our facility. This entails the responsibility of measuring the environmental conditions inside the rooms, changes to the classified areas, clothing and gowning, cleaning and disinfection as well as the physical parameters such as temperature, humidity, and differential pressure to be in control and comply with the current requirements.

The team has many interfaces towards the production and is constantly given new and exciting challenges which are handled in close cooperation with the project team, operators, and project managers.

You will be working in a busy but socially relaxed and informal environment, where we emphasize collaboration, optimism, engagement, well-being, humor, commitment, and compliance. We offer you an exciting job in an open and dynamic work environment with good opportunities for professional and personal development.

Main Tasks

  1. Handle, trend and report environmental monitoring data and results from microbiological growth and non-viable particle counting.
  2. Ensure preparation and completion of various qualification tasks, build, optimize and implement changes to the monitoring program.
  3. Work with periodic EM systems reviews, deviation handling, change requests as well as updates to risk assessments and procedures and creating protocols to support future improvement projects when the project transfers from project to operations.
  4. Provide support within environmental monitoring in general and conduct data clarifications and root cause analysis.
  5. Enhance and standardize the system compliance in regard to documentation and improve the analytical approach with data-based investigations.

Qualifications
The qualifications we value include:

  1. A bachelor's or master's degree in natural science or engineering.
  2. 2-4 years of experience with clean room/environmental monitoring.
  3. Understanding of requirements for working with classified room areas, HVAC systems, while GMP and microbiology knowledge is a plus.
  4. Expertise in writing documents in Danish, as you will prepare various documents related to quality activities.

On a personal level, you are structured, self-starting, and capable of finalizing tasks with a high level of quality mindset. The skills of understanding complex systems, subsequently defining necessary arrangements and setting direction with the right level of GMP focus are key to success in this role.

About the Department
We are currently building a new factory and our department will continue to expand over the coming years as we go from project phase to production. In this new team, you will be collaborating closely with colleagues with backgrounds within chemistry, engineering, project management, automation, and facility planning. We know that a diverse group of people performs the best results, and we are eager to build teams where collaboration across professional backgrounds ensures a right first-time execution of highly complex projects. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining a healthy and inspiring work culture and have an abundance of opportunities for professional and personal development.
