We are looking for an experienced Anaplan Architect who will be responsible for the design, delivery, and governance of Global Anaplan.

The ANAPLAN implementation in Carlsberg started in 2020 with some successful implementations; there is a 3-year roadmap for the scale of existing models along with deployments of other planning modules.

What you’ll be doing

Your tasks will mainly consist of:

  • Maintenance and enhancement of existing Anaplan models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaboration with business teams to understand requirements and translating them into Anaplan solutions.
  • Independent coordination and aligning solutions for daily inquiries and bug fixes.
  • Work closely with junior developers to provide guidance and support.
What we’re looking for
  • Certified Anaplan Model Builder (Certified Anaplan Solution Architect preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in implementing Anaplan solutions.
  • Experience in configuring and maintaining Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and other model settings with a focus on Anaplan best practices.
  • Knowledge of Anaplan integration with external tools, including setting up Model to Model Integrations.
  • Ability to address issues around Anaplan performance and sizing – knowledge of sizing best practices.
  • Experience in working with Anaplan Data Hub.
  • Ability to appreciate user requirements in EPM and Finance domains and convert them into design specs and architecting solutions.
  • Design Reporting Chart of Accounts and data integrations; good understanding of GL systems.
  • Ability to play the role of Techno-Functional consultant on the Anaplan platform and supervise various phases of the program.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to drive customer discussions independently and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Personal drive to achieve results.
  • Understanding of security requirements and audits.
  • Ability to structure teams within an agile delivery model.

About Carlsberg Integrated Information Technology (IIT)

Carlsberg IIT is the global provider of business services to all functions, regions, and markets in the Carlsberg Group. This includes business process design, system solutions, shared services, and system operations. IIT employs approx. 600 people. A tight collaboration with the local markets is established in all three regions; Western Europe, Eastern Europe, and Asia. Carlsberg IIT is situated in Valby, Copenhagen, and is overall responsible for the provision of IT and data services across all Carlsberg functions and markets.
