Din rolle: Opbygning, implementering og lederskab

Som Problem Manager får du en nøglerolle i en funktion med stor impact. Dine primære opgaver vil være:

  • Opbygning af Problem Management : Du bliver drivkraften bag udviklingen af en ny Problem Management-funktion og proces.
  • Drive Problem Management-processen : Sikr, at problemer løses fra roden, og at forbedringstiltag implementeres for at sikre stabil og sikker drift.
  • Kontinuerlig forbedring : Du videreudvikler og optimerer Problem Management-processen, så den konstant leverer værdi og tilpasses forretningens behov.
  • Uddannelse og forankring : Sørg for, at teams og stakeholders forstår og anvender Problem Management-processen til at skabe effektive og langtidsholdbare løsninger.
  • Indgå i Situation Management : Tag ejerskab i kritiske driftshændelser og vær med til at sikre hurtige og velkoordinerede løsninger.

Dit arbejde vil være med til at skabe en organisation, hvor problemer ikke bare håndteres – de elimineres. Du sikrer, at vores kunder kan stole på stabile og sikre systemer, der understøtter deres daglige drift. Det er et ansvar, der ikke kun gør en forskel internt, men som også styrker vores kunders forretning og samfundets infrastruktur.

Succeskriterier: Din vej til succes de første 6-12 måneder

For at lykkes i rollen skal du:

  • Udarbejde, implementere og forankre den nye Problem Management-politik og -proces.
  • Bygge stærke relationer med interne teams og eksterne partnere, herunder JN Data.
  • Demonstrere værdien af Problem Management gennem konkrete forbedringer, der gør en forskel for både drift og forretning.
Hvem er du?

Vi søger en Problem Manager, der:

  • Har minimum 4-5 års erfaring med Problem Management eller relaterede Service Management-områder.
  • Har praktisk erfaring med ITSM-værktøjer som ServiceNow, Cherwell eller Ivanti og kendskab til metoder som Kepner Tregoe eller 5-Whys.
  • Kommunikerer klart og effektivt på både dansk og engelsk og kan engagere stakeholders på alle niveauer.
  • Er metodisk og grundig i sin tilgang og motiveres af at skabe langtidsholdbare løsninger.

Erfaring fra den finansielle sektor er en fordel, men ikke et krav. Det vigtigste er, at du drives af at tage ansvar og gøre en reel forskel.
