The opportunity

Design at Dawn Health is at the core of everything we do. We are the frontrunners of new projects, from uncovering patient insights and defining new opportunities to designing appealing solutions. As a Product Designer of digital health solutions, you will raise the bar for solid patient-centric design at Dawn Health and play a vital role in improving the lives of patients and users on a global scale.

This position involves overseeing and cultivating our Dawn Design System, guiding its development and ensuring its ongoing improvement and applicability. You will safeguard and nurture our Dawn Design System, steering its evolution and ensuring its ongoing refinement and applicability.

Furthermore, you will work closely with engineers, researchers, and project managers to transform user requirements and business objectives into outstanding user experiences.

About you:

  • Be a design thinker and creative who delivers brilliant experiences and design systems based on user needs.
  • Be experienced in turning concepts into functional prototypes, producing and handing over final designs to developers, and performing design reviews to ensure a high-quality product.
  • Have a curious approach when elaborating on design decisions, and always advocate for the best possible user experience.
  • Be able to transform user research into experiences that resonate with the industry standards.
  • Be a kind and open-minded colleague who would love to contribute to the overall culture at Dawn.

What we need you to have:

  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience designing user-centred solutions in a comparable environment.
  • Have examples of excellent work to showcase.
  • Fluent use of tools like Figma, Adobe CC, Principle or similar.
  • Have a solid understanding of design systems and how to create, maintain and utilize them.
  • Be super organised and enthusiastic about what experiences can do for the user's overall engagement.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Bonus points if you have worked with regulated design (think ISO standards), patient-focused solutions, or award-winning digital solutions.
