Getinge is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior fullstack .NET Software Developer to join our T-DOC team within the Digital Health Solutions (DHS) organization. Our products support healthcare professionals by optimizing workflows in hospital departments, helping to deliver high-quality patient care.

T-DOC, our sterile supply management solution, is used in over 1,000 hospitals worldwide. It supports the management of sterile goods, instruments, and workflows while ensuring full traceability and documentation to enhance patient safety.

Your Role

As a Senior .NET Software Developer, you will be part of the development teams for T-DOC's web and mobile solutions. You will work with modern technologies like C#, .NET, Blazor, and MAUI, and work closely with an international team, in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level software using C#, .NET, Blazor and MAUI.
  2. Provide technical leadership, ensuring high-quality code and effective development practices.
  3. Lead and actively contribute to technical discussions, driving architectural decisions and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  4. Participate in and contribute to the software design process, proactively shaping technical solutions and guiding the team in exploring new technologies.
  5. Support and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and foster professional growth.
  6. Analyze, design, plan, and implement optimized frontend and backend solutions.
  7. Ensure the software meets non-functional requirements such as maintainability, reliability, performance, and security.
  8. Show adaptability and strong problem-solving skills, navigating unexpected challenges with innovative solutions.
  9. Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable deployment cycles.
  10. Apply and promote coding guidelines, best practices, and comprehensive documentation to ensure a maintainable and scalable codebase.
  11. Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Your Profile

We are seeking a developer with deep technical expertise and a collaborative mindset. You should have a strong sense of ownership and a drive to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Extensive experience in .NET and C# development.
  2. Strong experience with frontend development.
  3. Solid understanding and knowledge of Clean Architecture and design patterns like CQRS and Mediator.
  4. Experience in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and the ability to apply DDD principles in complex systems.
  5. Strong experience in addressing non-functional requirements, ensuring the software is secure, reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
  6. Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests).
  7. Ability to translate UX designs and functional requirements from the UX department and product team into functional, high-quality application features.
  8. Experience working in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  9. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote and multicultural setting.
  10. Experience in participating in the software design process, contributing ideas, and taking a leading role in technical decision-making.
  11. Proven ability to improve team knowledge by guiding colleagues in adopting new technologies and enhancing existing development practices.
  12. Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Blazor frontend development.
  2. Experience with MAUI for mobile development.
  3. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment processes.
  4. Proven experience in performance optimization and efficiently debugging complex issues.
