This is the role

As Podimo's Global Associate Creative Director on our Brand & Creative Team, you will be a key visual storyteller, shaping campaigns across multiple markets. Working closely with our Brand Creative Director and reporting to our VP of Brand & Creative Marketing, you will lead the creative direction for our campaigns, ensuring a seamless balance between Podimo's brand and our show brands, making them compelling, consistent, and strategically aligned. Additionally, you will drive the visual direction of our show identities, collaborating closely with local marketing teams, creators and local focused designers and video creatives.
In this role, you will lead a team dedicated to developing and executing impactful creative campaigns that elevate our shows, driving growth for both our subscription business and studios across internal and external channels. As a skilled collaborator, you'll partner closely with global and local teams, including Local Heads of Marketing, Local Activation Managers, and Creatives, providing both hands-on execution and strategic creative direction to deliver high-quality, impactful creative outputs.

Your main responsibilities in this role:

Show Branding:

- Lead the development of Podimo's show brands and creative assets in close collaboration with local teams, ensuring powerful and cohesive brand identities.

- Craft compelling and unforgettable creative show campaigns that elevate our shows, driving maximum impact for both subscription and studio productions.

Global Campaigns:

- Conceptualize and execute global campaigns that strategically reinforce Podimo's brand and objectives.

- Develop strong conceptual art direction to enhance promotional efforts for Podimo's top-tier shows, maximizing engagement and impact across markets.

- Collaborate with internal and external partners including agencies, freelancers, and creative stakeholders, to drive innovative, high-quality creative executions.

Cross-Channel Consistency:

- Ensure that all visual content across channels remains cohesive, upholds the integrity of each show, and aligns seamlessly with Podimo's brand and standards.

- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with local market stakeholders and partners to deeply understand their needs. Use this understanding to adapt visual and creative strategies, leveraging local knowledge of shows and culture.

Creative Direction:

- Provide clear, strategic feedback to direct reports and production-focused creatives, guiding them to create work that aligns with both business objectives and creative vision.

- Ensure that all creative assets reflect Podimo's brand vision and maintain a high level of quality across every project.

Mandate:

- Drive creative strategy, concepts and visual consistency globally across campaigns.

- Innovate and push creative boundaries to keep Podimo's brand fresh and engaging.

This is you

You're a natural visual storyteller with a strong understanding and command of campaign strategy and concepts, and an eye for impactful, memorable design. You can demonstrate this with a portfolio that showcases your best work. You excel in collaborative environments, seamlessly partnering with global and local teams to create high-quality, cohesive visuals. Innovation is second nature to you, and you're passionate about pushing creative boundaries to keep Podimo's campaigns fresh, relevant, and engaging. Building strong relationships comes effortlessly, allowing you to deeply understand and integrate local market insights, ensuring Podimo's visual content resonates across diverse audiences and cultures.

Experience we're looking for:

+7 years of creative experience and a minimum of +2 years leading a creative team.

Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside creatives, video editors and other key stakeholders in hybrid / remote teams

Proven experience in art direction with a strong portfolio showcasing campaigns and visual storytelling.

Expertise in creating cross-channel visual consistency, with a track record of developing memorable, high-quality visual creative.

Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus
