Job Description:

As a SDET Manager, you will play a critical role in evaluating the quality of the products we create and developing test automation solutions.

You will lead or be one of the key responsible for testing activities in your team, while at the same time learning from them and developing yourself as a world-class SDET Manager.
We also expect that you pass your knowledge and help to all other members of the development team.

Methods and technologies:

  1. Javascript / Python / Ruby
  2. Cucumber / Gherkin
  3. SCRUM & Jira, and agile methods
  4. Git
  5. Typescript
  6. Appium
  7. Selenium
  8. Azure DevOps

Tasks and responsibilities:

  1. Developing test automation scripts
  2. Manual validation of features when needed
  3. Focus on architecting test automation solutions
  4. Supporting test strategies
  5. Performing test planning
  6. Writing test reports for individual features when needed
  7. Being an active member of the development team
  8. Communicate your findings and bug reporting
  9. Support all members of the team with their testing needs
  10. Communicate with customers daily
  11. Support UATs

Qualifications:

  1. You come from a relevant education in IT and software development
  2. You are curious and willing to learn
  3. You are thorough, professional, and quality-minded
  4. You have +8 years of experience as a QA/SDET/Technical QA
  5. You have relevant management experience
  6. You can code in one of the following languages: Typescript / Javascript / Python / Ruby
  7. Experience with one of the following platforms: Azure / AWS
  8. Experience with one of the following CI/CD software: Jenkins / Github actions
  9. Proficient in Git
  10. Experience working in agile setups, preferably using Scrum
  11. Experience creating test strategies and test plans
  12. Experience creating test automation frameworks
  13. Experience leading a team or mentoring other team members
