Med 600+ applikationer, 550 check-in-desks, 100 self-service check-in-pulte, 120 info-skærme, 750+ servere og tusindvis af kilometer netværk, kommer du sjældent til at kede dig som vores nye kollega.

Om at være On Site Supporter
On site-teamet i lufthavnen har tre primære opgaver – at afhjælpe problemer på lufthavnsudstyr i terminaler og gates, løse IT-udfordringer for lufthavnens medarbejdere og kunder samt understøtte vores ambitiøse strategi med opsætning/montering af en masse nyt udstyr og avanceret teknologi.

Jobbet er meget alsidigt og spænder over mange forskellige teknologier og opgaver. Der er den klassiske IT-support, hvor du løser sager omkring PC'er, printere og applikationer, men også den mere specielle support på CPH-udstyr i lufthavnen, så du fejlsøger på både ældre og nyt udstyr fra software til en møtrik.

Dine primære opgaver er:

  • Håndtering af supportsager for brugere, handlere og samarbejdspartnere
  • Indkøb, installation og fejlmelding af PC'er, skærme m.m.
  • Support på lufthavnsudstyr – oplæring indeholdt i introduktion
  • Service og vedligehold af teknisk udstyr
  • Kontakt til leverandører.

CPH består af mange områder, som alle er afhængige af hinanden, så samarbejde og kommunikation er en stor del af hverdagen. Derfor trives du ude i marken såvel som hjemme i afdelingen, hvor du yder support eller skiller en komponent ad for reparation.

Vi søger derfor dig, der er vant til meget kommunikation med brugere, er serviceminded og med flere års erfaring indenfor brugersupport. Vi ser også gerne, at du boarder din nye stilling med en relevant IT-uddannelse, god erfaring med IT-infrastruktur og styr på teknik og hardware.

  • Forstår at udføre vores processer og dermed løsning af incidents
  • Er proaktiv i din tilgang, med henblik på optimering af way of working
  • Har et godt forhold til det team du er en del af.

I bagagen har du pakket teknisk viden og erfaring med reparation af udstyr og du er kendt med at arbejde med Problem Management (ITIL) og CI-analyse.

Om afdelingen
IT Customer Service leverer værdi til vores interne og eksterne kunder, hvad enten vi er direkte eller indirekte involveret. Du skal være klar på at arbejde ugens 7 dage, afhængig af, hvordan vagtplanen tilrettelægges i tidsrummet 05:00-23:00. Du trives derfor i skiftende arbejdstider og længere perioder, hvor du har fri.
