Systematic Healthcare – ensuring a cohesive healthcare system
Systematic's healthcare solutions are implemented and used internationally by more than 200,000 users in countries such as Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, the UK and as far away as New Zealand. Columna – Systematic's EMR solution
Columna provides clear, actionable and simple overviews of a patient's course of treatment while supporting the documentation of treatment and clinical tasks. The solution effectively supports handling medicines, clinical measurements, notes and treatments, as well as providing an overview of the patient's medical history, diagnoses and contacts in the health service. The solution ensures coherence between clinical documentation and patient administration needs. Over the years, the solution has been developed in close collaboration with clinical users to support their work in the best possible way.

Take the lead on technical decisions
As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in our team, designing and implementing high-quality software that makes a difference. You will be part of an international expansion programme, and get to work on project-specific developments and core product enhancements while being able to develop both personally and professionally. In addition, your key tasks will include:

  • Taking the lead on technical decisions and software architecture.
  • Handling complex technical development tasks related to integration development and core product development.
  • Collaborating within a Scrum-based development team.
  • Seeking clarifications in collaboration with Solution Architects and across development teams to ensure an efficient and cohesive development process.
  • Utilising healthcare standards (HL7 FHIR, classifications).
  • Shaping the solution together with domain advisors and users.

Experienced developer who wants to make a difference
Our new colleagues have 5+ years of experience from a similar role and hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, preferably within software. Nevertheless, we envisage that you have a technology toolbox that includes experience with Java, Angular, SQL, Swing and Camel integration platform. In addition, we also envisage that you:

  • Are result-oriented and proactive.
  • Enjoy collaborating across teams.
  • Have experience with software architecture.
  • Possess security-related skills: authentication and authorisation, secure communication etc.
  • Have experience in integration development.
  • Are native Danish-speaking and fluent in English.

Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects.
