If so, join us as a Lean Consultant in Aseptic Manufacturing Bagsværd (AM BA).
The position
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a data-driven candidate to support our production teams with data analysis and the transformation into actionable insights. This role involves spearheading business intelligence (BI) initiatives, that comprise data transformation and analysis, the development of dashboards, and building and maintaining a solid KPI-structure across the site. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in data-driven improvement initiatives by providing the foundation for determining the most value-creating solutions.
You will engage with stakeholders from different areas to understand the ways they work and consider how data can help us solve the manufacturing challenges we face. Finally, you will help continue driving and maturing a data-driven mindset across the site organization.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Developing data visualisations and converting data into insights
- Conducting data analysis to support decision making
- Creating and maintaining our KPI-structure, site-VSM and other data-based systems
- Participating in complex problem solving and improvement initiatives by providing valuable data-based insights
- Engaging with relevant stakeholders to grasp business needs and devise value-adding solutions
You will collaborate closely with the line of business and the rest of our team, while also engaging with network groups and other stakeholders outside of AM Bagsværd. As a part of the cLEAN team, you will significantly influence our operational approach both within the team and in our interactions with stakeholders across AM BA.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree within a relevant field
- A solid Lean toolbox, including VSM, Visual Management, SPS, Continuous Improvements, etc.
- At least 2 years of work experience within Lean, data analysis and visualization
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Tableau while experience with Alteryx is advantageous
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English with understanding of Danish being advantageous

About the department
In AM Bagsværd, we produce top-quality injectable products for patients with diabetes worldwide. You will be joining the cLEAN team in AM Bagsværd, which is a department within Business Support. We are responsible for supporting the site’s strategic aspirations with LEAN systems, tools and improvement initiatives that continuously seek to optimize performance.
The team consists of 7 skilled and professional clean Partners. We are a high performing and diverse team that is driven by exploring and optimising complex business challenges. The team is energetic with a focus on solving challenges in collaboration with each other, and our stakeholders.
