Jobbeskrivelse:

Med reference til Nilans Head of R&D bliver du ansvarlig for design og konstruktion af komplette HVAC-systemer – med speciale i design, beregning, dimensionering og konstruktion af kølekredse til varmepumper.

Du vil til dagligt arbejde sammen med dine kollegaer om at udvikle nye HVAC-systemer, samtidig med at du supporterer organisationen med din dybe viden om varmepumpeteknologien.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver bliver:

  • Udvikle og dimensionere varmepumpesystemer, herunder valg af komponenter som kompressorer, fordamper, kondensator og ventiler mm.
  • Udvælge passende kølemidler, der er effektive og miljøvenlige, samt sikre at de opfylder sikkerheds-, miljø- og lovkrav
  • Udføre fysiske test af prototyper mm. i eget lab for at optimere konstruktioner og performance samt endelig validering
  • Koordinering, sparring og samarbejde med eksterne institutter i forbindelse med 3.parts test
  • Aktiv projektdeltager i udviklingsprojekterne samt projektledelse af projekter inden for køleteknik
  • Design og konstruktion af komplette HVAC-anlæg i CAD (SolidWorks)
  • Beregne og simulere kølekredsdesigns i EES, Coolprop eller tilsvarende software
  • Dialog med leverandører af komponenter ift. nye teknologier og tekniske specifikationer på komponenter

Du har en relevant teknisk uddannelse, som kan være køleingeniør, køletekniker, maskiningeniør med bred køleteknisk erfaring eller lignende.

Derudover forventer vi følgende:
  • Du evner at deltage og arbejde i udviklingsteams for at gennemføre udviklingsprojekter, hvor hele HVAC-systemet modelleres og dimensioneres
  • Du har erfaring med at konstruere HVAC-systemer i CAD – erfaring med SolidWorks er en fordel, men ikke et krav
  • Du har erfaring med normer og standarder inden for test og dimensionering af varmepumper – herunder bl.a. EN16147, EN14825, EN60335-2-40 og EN378
  • Du evner at indgå i faglig dialog med eksterne videns institutioner
  • Du har erfaring med simulering og beregning af ydelse, COP mm. på varmepumper
  • Du har erfaring med styringsstrategi på varmepumper ift. optimal drift under forskellige temperatur og klimatiske forhold
  • Du har erfaring med at udvikle HVAC løsninger med brandbare kølemidler (A2L og A3)
  • Du har både teoretisk og praktisk erfaring med udvikling af varmepumper og HVAC-systemer
  • Du trives med hands-on i en organisation, hvor der ikke er langt fra idé til handling
