Das erwartet dich

Du verantwortest die strategische Steuerung der Gruppen Legal, Procurement und IT Asset Management. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass effiziente und rechtskonforme Vertragskonstrukte umgesetzt werden und baust den IT-Einkauf sowie das IT Asset Management für WienIT auf.

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Legal, Procurement und IT Asset Management
  • Strategischer Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Legal, Procurement und IT Asset Management
  • Sicherstellung effizienter Bereichs-Prozesse und Aufbau des IT-Ausschreibungsmanagement sowie einer Vertragsdatenbank
  • Verantwortung für sämtlicher Beschaffungsaktivitäten, Lizenzmanagement, rechtlichen sowie unternehmensinterner Anforderungen (Datenschutz, Compliance, Vergaberecht, Beschaffungsrichtlinie, IT-Security Recht usw.)
Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechtswissenschaften
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertrags- und Vergaberecht sowie im IT-Einkauf und IT Asset Management
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten
  • Strategisches und analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 5.200,00 brutto pro Monat, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, sowie die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
