Your Mission

Based in Nykøbing Falster, Denmark, this full-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced team, collaborate across departments, and travel internationally to meet our clients’ needs. Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Troubleshooting : Identify, analyze, and resolve malfunctions through rigorous testing, ensuring swift solutions for our clients.
2. On-Site & Remote Support : Participate in installation and commissioning—both in-person and remotely—to guarantee successful operations at customer sites.
3. Customer Relations : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing responsive, high-quality service and technical support.
4. Documentation & Training : Conduct comprehensive training, develop instruction materials, and contribute to our product manuals.
5. Sales & Service Support : Provide technical support for our sales team, helping to identify and fulfill customer needs effectively.

Your Profile

1. Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or a similar field).
2. Fluent in English; Danish is a plus but not required.
3. Strong analytical skills with a solution-focused mindset.
4. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
5. Hands-on and practical approach to technical challenges.
6. Eagerness to travel internationally and work in diverse environments.
