About the role
DFDS is expanding its passenger network, and retail technology plays a crucial role in delivering best in class passengers experience at sea with DFDS. Your role will involve supporting both the existing retail network across our existing fleets and the new vessels joining the DFDS passenger network.

You will join the Retail Technology team within the Passenger Tribe, one of five commercial tribes in DFDS's T&I division.

Our Retail Technology team is composed of highly qualified, experienced, and passionate application specialists. They are dedicated to integrating you into the team and supporting you in understanding our passenger retail software (LS Retail), business operations, and team practices.

The role requires occasional travelling across Europe to implement retail solutions.

Your main responsibilities

• Configurations of features such as stock handling, price management, and administration of Electronic Shelf Labels.
• Deployments and rollouts of LS Retail in new vessels, retail outlets and restaurants.
• System upgrades (LSC).
• Collaboration and integration with a variety of other systems.
• Support and administration of LS Retail.

About you

Who are we looking for?

It is an advantage if you have previously worked with Enterprise Point of Sale System in a retail environment. The knowledge of LS Retail is desirable but not mandatory.

Additionally, the ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of retail processes and workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of PowerShell.
• Knowledge of SQL.
