We are looking for new colleagues with a good IT and network technology foundation. Our support department in Denmark plays an instrumental role in securing integration, deployment and service support for complex communication systems worldwide for military and civil customers.

You will be a part of a very international organisation working with solutions based on the newest technology, developing systems to help keep people and society safe.

Your role

You will be an integrated part of a professional and ambitious team that works with providing, commissioning, and supporting integrated communication solutions for quality-focused customers worldwide.

Your primary tasks will be to solve the technical tasks within delivering the project and commissioning the systems in cooperation with other technicians and system engineers. This includes coordination of different customer support tasks, building-up, integrating, configuration and testing of project deliveries.

The job will include travelling to customer's site around the world.

1. Establishing a network according to applicable security level
2. Security hardening of the IT platform
3. Commissioning of systems for customers around the world
4. Troubleshooting and software updates for project deliveries and on the customer's systems
5. Building and testing of project deliveries
6. Documentation of project configurations

Your profile

This opportunity requires a person who likes to learn and work with many stakeholders. The candidates we are looking for are team players and people that are serious about their contributions in the team.

We expect you to hold a degree within engineering, computer science or a technical education with equivalent experience. Knowledge within Linux and network topologies is essential.
The right candidate must have good problem solving skills, with an analytical and systematic approach and highest level of documentation.

We are in a global environment and therefore look for candidates with various backgrounds and experiences. We interact with each other and therefore need good communicators, who like to interact with stakeholders and who speak/write English.
