Hos Evida IT Operations søger vi lige nu en IT Security Operations Engineer til vores infrastruktur-team. Vi er på en spændende cloud-rejse, hvor vi konstant udvikler os for at kunne levere høj faglighed og god service til vores kollegaer og kunder. Vi er datadrevne og arbejder ud fra fakta og scores, som vi kontinuerligt forbedrer og justerer med henblik på en mere sikker og stabil IT-drift.

Du bliver en del af et fagligt stærkt IT-infrastruktur team med dedikerede og dygtige kollegaer, hvor samarbejde og kvalitet sættes i højsæde. Teamet består af 9 medarbejdere, alle med kompetencer, der spænder bredt, så vi kan støtte og hjælpe hinanden. Vi har respekt for hinanden og lægger vægt på høj faglighed og samarbejde i en uformel omgangstone. Vi beskæftiger os primært med udvikling af vores IT-platforme og arbejder kontinuerligt med optimering af processer og automatisering af vores services. Vi arbejder efter principperne i ITIL herunder incidents, service requests, changes. Derudover deltager vi i projektarbejde i forbindelse med implementering af nye systemer og andre ad-hoc-opgaver i IT-afdelingen og forretningen.

Som IT Security Operations Engineer vil du sammen med dygtige kollegaer have ansvaret for at drifte vores Microsoft platforme samt overvåge, analysere og reagere på cybertrusler, der potentielt kan ramme organisationens data, systemer og netværk. Ligeledes vil du bidrage til at udnytte IT Sikkerheds platformenes mange muligheder, samt komme med anbefalinger til hvordan IT Sikkerheden højnes yderligere.

Du vil som udgangspunkt bruge Microsofts cloud-baserede sikkerhedsløsninger, som Defender-suiten og Purview-suiten, til at beskytte organisationens digitale aktiver og sikre overholdelse af lovgivning og standarder. Evida følger rammeværket for ISO/IEC 27001:2022 compliance, og vi er underlagt NIS2 direktivet, herunder den danske bekendtgørelse, som en del af kritisk forsyning. Rollen vil være tæt forankret med kollegaer i teamet for cyber-sikkerhed, ligesom du vil blive involveret i projekter der skal være med til at sikre Evidas overholdelse af compliance.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet omfatte:

  • Arbejde med de tekniske IT-sikkerheds områder i Evida, herunder Log Management og sårbarhedshåndtering
  • Konfigurering, administration, monitorering og optimering af Microsoft Defender-suiten
  • Konfigurering, administration, monitorering og optimering af Microsoft Purview-suite
  • At overvåge og analysere sikkerhedshændelser og alarmer ved hjælp af værktøjer som Microsoft Sentinel og Microsoft Defender XDR
  • At reagere hurtigt og effektivt på sikkerhedsbrud og eskalere dem til relevante parter
  • At udarbejde og opdatere sikkerhedsdokumentation, rapporter og anbefalinger
  • At holde dig opdateret med de nyeste trusler, sårbarheder og sikkerhedsbestemmelser
  • At være aktiv teamplayer og bidrage til løsning af ad hoc opgaver som kan indtræffe i en IT-Operations afdeling
  • At løse indkommende 3. level incidents, problems, service requests

For at være kvalificeret til denne stilling skal du have:

  • Mindst 5 års erfaring med tekniske IT-sikkerhedsløsninger, hvor Microsoft Defender platformen har været en naturlig del af din hverdag
  • Dybdegående kendskab til og erfaring med Microsoft Defender suiten med fokus på Sentinel og Purview
  • Erfaring med incident response og forensics
  • Stærke analytiske, problemløsende og kommunikative færdigheder
  • Evne at arbejde effektivt i et hurtig forandrende og dynamisk miljø
  • Er proaktiv og kan identificere problemstillinger såvel som løsninger, og det er naturligt for dig selvstændigt at opsøge viden og sparring, ligesom du også gerne deler ud af din viden
  • Relevante Microsoft certificeringer er en fordel

Det er vigtigt, at du er en teamplayer og i samarbejde med teamet har lysten til at udvikle og drive vores platforme og infrastruktur sikkert og stabilt. Du er nysgerrig og forandringsparat, da vores platform kontinuerligt forandrer sig, og vi skal følge med udviklingen i de tempi, vi kan være med på. Sikkerhed skal være indgroet i dig og i alt det du laver. Samtidig har vi også brug for at du kan levere services på aftalt tid og sted - siger IT Operations Manager, Claus Bruun.

Vi tilkobler biogasanlæg og forbereder os på fremtidens infrastruktur til CO2 og brint, der alle er vigtige brikker i den grønne omstilling af energisystemet.
