Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark The HubDanske Bank Full time

Teton is building AI technology that empowers nurses and frontline care staff to deliver more and better care while reducing stress. Our solution helps hospitals and care homes continue to deliver critical care and maintain patient safety, addressing the global nursing shortage with innovative AI tools.

At Teton, we operate differently from traditional companies, with a relentless focus on our product and users while rapidly delivering solutions. In just 2 years, we've developed and commercialized a fully-fledged AI product, used daily by healthcare workers in a fast-growing number of hospitals and care homes.

This job is in-person at our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Role & Required Skills

The Job

As Technical Project Manager, you will lead and be responsible for the successful deployment of our hardware at our customer sites, typically hospital wards and care homes. You will manage the end-to-end installation process, working closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely rollouts.

The job will require domestic travel in Denmark, as well as in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee IT and estate onboarding, and conduct project management for installation at customer sites.
  • Coordinate, prepare and manage the setup of devices, ensuring all technical and logistical requirements are met.
  • Pack and prepare equipment for handymen to use at customer sites.
  • Manage external handymen to install devices, and educate them on how to present our system if residents, patients, staff, or relatives are present during setup.
  • Collaborate with the hardware team to ensure supply readiness and on-time delivery of equipment.
  • Conduct customer site inspections to assess installation needs and ensure proper setup conditions.
  • Serve as the liaison between customers and engineering teams to resolve any technical challenges during deployment.
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure project timelines and expectations are aligned.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have experience in:

  • Project management, especially in a technical or IT-focused environment.
  • Coordinating between multiple teams and managing complex deployments.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware installation and setup.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable steps.
  • (Optional) Experience in the healthcare or medical technology field would be a plus.
How is it to work at Teton?

We are a close-knit team of extremely hard-working and ambitious individuals. The learning curves are steep, and expanding your skill set is encouraged. If you're looking for a corporate environment, this is not the place for you. Instead, Teton is a workplace where you'll get your hands dirty and learn a lot along the way.

What we offer
  • All full-time employees at Teton are offered the opportunity to be part of a warrant program (stock options) in the company in addition to your salary.
  • A vibrant, collaborative, and learning-focused work environment.
  • The chance to work with cutting-edge technology and be a pioneer in AI-driven healthcare solutions.
We're looking for a teammate

We are searching for individuals who believe in our long-term vision and value ownership and entrepreneurship over just another 9-5 job. At Teton, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact with your work.

So, if you're looking for a ride, not just a job – jump on board
