Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate weekly editorial and content meetings.
  2. Follow up on ongoing tasks, including events, annual planning, conferences, podcasts, content tasks, etc.
  3. Identify information about events via internal network.
  4. Produce compelling and engaging content for the above tasks and ensure others' deliverables.
  5. Distribute content on both internal (intranet and Teams) and external (social media and web) channels, as well as physical and digital channels.
  6. Ensure high engagement on shared content.
  7. Manage and develop our presence on social media channels.
  8. Collect and analyze marketing KPIs.
  9. Collaborate with other departments within the organization.
  10. Act as a creative sparring partner and developer for our presence on all our channels.

Job Requirements
  1. Relevant education in communication, journalism, marketing, or a similar field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

  5. Experience in event and content management, preferably in B2B marketing.
  6. Experience in producing engaging and convincing content.
  7. Experience from the energy sector is a major advantage.
