The position
As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in activities such as development of training plans, standard operational procedures, job instructions, risk management, regulatory impact assessment and implementation plans.
  • Supporting, executing and coordinating validation of processes in project/small changes as Technical Writer.
  • Providing support for development on manufacturing changes, line extensions, compliance with, and interpretation of applicable regulations.
  • Ensuring documentation meet regulatory requirements and ensure timely approval of internal documents and procedural changes.
  • Independently addressing daily tasks within the work area, including working proactively with quality and collaborating across Novo Nordisk department to achieve optimal solutions.
  • Participating in problem solving and active use of cLEAN tools in daily life, audits and inspections.
  • Contributing to process improvement as a Technical Writer and within project teams, and participating in process improvements and implementation.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • BSc/MSc education within natural or technical science, such as mechanical, manufacturing engineer or related field. As a minimum, it is required to have a technical education.
  • 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Experience working within a production area and familiarity with electronic records.
  • Good Communication skills, and ability to create transparency for colleagues in own team.

On a personal level, you should thrive in a dynamic environment, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate a team-player mindset. The role requires a high level of independence and a drive to improve and optimize the work area, including the ability to implement and execute initiatives from themselves or others.

About the department
Novo Nordisk is significantly increasing its manufacturing capacity across all areas to serve more patients in the coming years. Our department is working to expand the capacity of our production. The highly automated facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. It will expand our capacity to serve more people living with serious chronic diseases including rare diseases.
