Would you like to join the most dynamic and fun Equity Team in Copenhagen? We are now looking for an Associate Director to join our Corporate Access Team.

At Nordea, we see that the world is changing fast – and we want to be one step ahead of the curve. That's why we're deeply committed to providing the financial solutions of tomorrow to our customers. We're creating an agile environment where we experiment and grow together – and we need your ideas and unique background. With us, you'll be in good company with a chance to make your mark on something bigger.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Nordea Corporate Access team, a truly diverse team with a great mix of gender, age and backgrounds. We are a fun team of dedicated colleagues that share the passion of servicing our clients. Our mission is to add value by putting together the right companies with the right investors. As an Associate Director, you will play a crucial part of the Equities Franchise and further strengthen the team by showing great passion and eagerness to learn.

There are two inroads to this position - either you have some experience with our institutional client base and Corporate Access or you are a person with little or no experience but with great drive and eagerness to work with Corporate Access. With us, we will make sure that you will have the best possible environment for further developing your skills and growing your career.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Quarterly presentations of listed companies and their competitors
  2. Presentations with external experts
  3. Company visits locally and abroad
  4. Conference calls with listed companies, peers and external experts
  5. Drive idea generation and come up with new and value-added events
  6. Register and update our CRM system with participation
  7. Cooperate with equity research, equity sales and other corporate access teams in Nordea

You'll join the leading Equity Team in Denmark. The role is based in Copenhagen.

Who you are

Collaboration. Ownership. Passion. Courage. These are the values that guide us in being at our best – and that we imagine you share with us.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

  1. Are thorough and structured, service-minded and sociable.
  2. Have good teamwork skills.
  3. Have a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
  4. Are goal-oriented and self-driven.
  5. Are fluent in Danish, or another Nordic language, and English.

To build a successful career with us, you will work well with others and always act with the customer's needs in mind. You are curious, you love learning and trying new things and you are excited about bringing your ideas to the table. You are honest and dependable, willing to speak up even when it's difficult, and committed to empowering others. You are passionate about doing a great job, you look for the positive and you celebrate success.

Your experience and background:

  1. You have a bachelor's or master's degree from a relevant field, such as business.
  2. Track record of excellent communication skills with customers and stakeholders.
  3. Experience with our client base or corporate access is seen as an advantage.

If this sounds like you, get in touch.
