Community Engagement Manager for new Human-Centered Social Network Startup

Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Community Engagement Manager to lead our outreach efforts, build partnerships, and strengthen our community presence. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with local organizations, ambassadors, and businesses to drive brand awareness and foster strong relationships.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage street team operations to enhance community outreach.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers.
- Manage ambassador recruitment and training: Identify, recruit, and train community ambassadors to represent our brand and initiatives, ensuring they are well-equipped to engage with the community effectively.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute local events, networking opportunities, and engagement activities.
- Track and analyze community engagement efforts to improve outreach strategies.
- Act as a key representative of the brand in public-facing events and collaborations.
- Proven experience in community engagement, event management, or partnership development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing teams or volunteers.
- Passion for community building, outreach, and social impact initiatives.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate events and community activities.
- Prior experience in marketing, public relations, or a similar role is a plus.
