Tinytots International Daycare and Preschool in Copenhagen, Denmark is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator.

It is essential that you are a natural team player, a proactive person who takes responsibility and ownership of the tasks and you are flexible when it comes to responsibilities and tasks.

Responsibilities:
  1. Planning of activities and lessons and implementation within overall curriculum framework
  2. Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe on a continuous basis
  3. Assist in observation and recording children's growth, development and behaviour
  4. Build good, open and constructive communication with children, families, administration and staff
Language, education and experience requirements:
  1. High level fluency in English (Minimum C1 level ; IELTS band 7 and above) is required. Danish language skill is not necessary.
  2. Bachelors degree in Education / Early Childhood Education is preferred
  3. 2-3 years' early years teaching experience in Nursery/kindergarten is required.
  4. Demonstrable experience in Positive Behaviour Management is required
  5. Certification in Montessori or equivalent demonstrable experience in implementation of Montessori pedagogy will be an added advantage

  1. Creative and truly passionate to work with children while being extremely patient and caring
  2. Can engage and extend the children's learning through play
  3. Sound written and verbal communication skills
  4. Great team player while can also work independently
  5. Person who is culturally sensitive and thrives in a truly international environment
  6. Enthusiastic and flexible to share tasks typical for a small but dynamic organisation
Salary and benefits:

We offer highly competitive salary, pension and benefits within the international childcare sector in Denmark, in accordance with collective agreements.

Work-visa:

Work visa can be sponsored for the right candidate (non-EU candidates need to have a Bachelors degree in education / early childhood education to qualify for work visa sponsorship).
