Job Overview:As a Systems Engineer specializing in Salesforce, Zuora, and API-based integrations, you will design, implement, and maintain seamless integrations between these and other platforms, such as our ERP system and logistics system.
You will work closely with the team's product owners to understand business requirements, develop custom solutions, and ensure the reliability and efficiency of our systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Salesforce, Zuora, integrations, and various programming languages to ensure operational quality and enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions based on Salesforce and Zuora, integrating with relevant fulfillment systems.
- Develop and maintain our integration middle layer, which builds on AWS infrastructure with Python and TypeScript.
- Configure and customize Zuora and Salesforce platforms to support integration requirements, including data mapping, workflow automation, and API integration.
- Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and release management.
- Deliver technical support.
- Document integration processes, technical specifications, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and TypeScript, with the ability to write efficient and maintainable code.
- Experience with web frontend development.
- Experience working with databases (SQL) and performing data manipulation and transformation tasks.
- Experience with Salesforce (Apex) and Zuora is desirable but not a requirement.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to identify and debug complex technical issues.
- Comprehensive communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
