The position
As a Product Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products. In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders, including Business Owners, customers, end users, suppliers, and product teams to deliver products that drive value and meet evolving market needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with customers, end users, suppliers, marketing, sales, and other internal teams to ensure product viability and market fit.
  2. Continuously maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog, incorporating input from Agile Delivery Teams, System Architects, Business Owners, and other stakeholders.
  3. Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization. Work with stakeholders to understand delivery value and impact.
  4. Drive product data-driven decisions by user feedback and key product success metrics and OKRs.
  5. Partner with key contributors to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap and delivery timelines according to product strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can fulfill most of the following requirements for this position:

  1. A Master's or bachelor's degree in IT, Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
  2. Proven experience (4+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably within a complex environment.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering successful products in fast-paced settings.
  4. Exceptional ability to collaborate and build alignment among diverse stakeholders.
  5. Experience with agile methodologies.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Monitoring and Control Solutions (M&CS) area sets the strategic direction for global solutions by use of some of the newest technologies available. We belong to Digital, Data, and IT (DD&IT). Our team operates primarily out of Ballerup, Denmark, and works in close online collaboration with key stakeholders from Business across the globe. This means you will get to work closely with the users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes forward. Your colleagues will consist of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and System Managers. You will be part of a high-performing team characterized by team spirit, quality mindset, and a 'can-do' attitude.
