Vil du arbejde for et af Danmarks førende og prisvindende AI teams, der udvikler og vedligeholder effektive og ansvarlige AI-løsninger til Politiken, Ekstra Bladet, Jyllands-Posten og andre titler i Danmarks største privatejede mediekoncern?

Som Senior ML specialist vil du indgå i AI-enheden, der siden 2020 har udviklet bl.a. recommender systemer, redaktionelle værktøjer baseret på generativ AI og systemer, der producerer metadata om tekst, billeder, lyd og video. Det hele sker i tæt samarbejde med de respektive medier og med de øvrige teams i Digital udvikling og Teknologi i JP/Politikens Hus.

Om rollen

Vi søger en erfaren ML specialist til en senior/lead rolle, hvor du bl.a. skal drive det faglige fællesskab blandt vores ML-specialister. Du vil få en vigtig rolle i at sikre kontinuerlig udvikling og forbedring af vores MLOps platform i samarbejde med vores ML engineers. Platformen bruges til træning, produktionssætning og monitorering af vores modeller og er en vigtig del af vores infrastruktur.

Derudover vil du fra start komme til at arbejde med udvikling og implementering af NLP-modeller, herunder modeller til embeddings, tagging, sentiment analysis og taxonomy classification. Du vil have en ledende rolle i den daglige udviklingspraksis og forventes at tage ansvar for mere end de ting, du selv producerer.

Dine primære ansvarsområder:

  • Være sparringspartner og sikre vidensdeling mellem dig og dine kollegaer med forskellige ML-specialer.
  • Sikre løbende udvikling og optimering af vores MLOps setup.
  • Udvikle og implementere ML-modeller indenfor flere områder.
  • Samarbejde tæt med vores Tech lead og andre ML Engineers for at omsætte komplekse problemstillinger til praktiske løsninger.

Vi forventer, at du:

  • Har solid erfaring med udvikling og implementering af ML modeller og er vant til at arbejde med hele ML-processen fra A-Z.
  • Er dygtig i Python og har erfaring med ML-frameworks samt datahåndteringsværktøjer (fx Pandas eller Polars).
  • Har en analytisk tilgang og evnen til at oversætte komplekse problemstillinger til innovative løsninger.
  • Er en naturlig sparringspartner, der brænder for at dele din viden og drive det faglige fællesskab.

Praktisk information: Stillingen er på fuld tid, og lønnen forhandles efter kvalifikationer. Det daglige arbejde foregår på hovedkontoret i København.
