Projektledelse af specialistopgaver

Arbejdsopgaverne omfatter ledelse og koordinering af commissioning-processen på store byggerier, sikring af projekternes kvalitetsstandarder, og du forventes at bidrage til at udvide afdelingens kapacitet og kompetencer. En væsentlig del af opgaverne omfatter samarbejde med kunder, samarbejdspartnere og kolleger for at sikre succesfuld afleveringsforretning. Du bringer din specialistviden i spil i en rolle, hvor du får ansvar for store projekter, sætter dit eget projektteam, og hvor du deler ud af din viden til de øvrige medarbejdere i teamet.

Herudover omfatter arbejdsopgaverne:

  • Benchmarking af HVAC-installationer, herunder ventilation, varme, køl, brugsvand og el
  • Analyse og måling af indeklima og bygningsfysik
  • Styring og analyse af bygningers energisystemer, herunder bygningsautomatik (CTS/BMS)
  • Anvendelse af måleudstyr til præcise dataindsamlinger og analyser

Dyb faglig viden og stærke lederkompetencer

Afdelingen er i kraftig vækst, og du vil få det fulde ansvar for at drive projekterne fra start til slut, herunder at vurdere det øvrige teams ressourcer. Det er afgørende, at du har solid erfaring, en dyb faglig viden samt en uddannelsesmæssig baggrund som ingeniør, maskinmester, bygningskonstruktør eller installatør.

Minimum otte års erfaring med commissioning, facility management, fejlfinding og idriftsættelse af VVS- og ventilationsanlæg. Erfaring med indregulering og CTS/BMS styringer samt konstruktioner og brandtekniske installationer og gennemføringer.

For at få succes i rollen med ledelse og koordinering af commissioning-processen, samarbejde med kunder, samarbejdspartnere og kolleger, er det centralt med følgende personlige kompetencer:

  • Udadvendt og dygtig til at opbygge og vedligeholde kunderelationer
