At Blue Ocean Robotics we develop, produce and sell autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for service applications across a range of market verticals. We aim at creating robots that make a difference in increasing quality of life and productivity for humans across the world. Our portfolio includes brands like UVD Robots, an award-winning mobile robot for disinfection; GoBe Robots, a mobile telepresence robot for communication, social inclusion, and CO2 reductions; and PTR Robots, a mobile robot for safe patient handling and rehabilitation.

Your position:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play an instrumental role in shaping our key marketing messaging and crafting marketing and sales collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own key messaging and product positioning in the U.S. market for our UVD Robots brand.
  • Produce and continuously develop sales and marketing materials in various formats such as brochures, one-pagers, slides, videos, etc.
  • Ongoing education and training of the sales team.
  • Manage our social media channels.
  • Develop and execute our content plan.
  • Partner with the sales team to create and develop SEO-optimized content for web and social media.
  • Create and edit engaging video content.
  • Design pictures, graphics, and other visual elements.
  • Ensure all content meets high standards of accuracy, grammar, tone, and quality.
  • Organize and manage content file sharing.
  • Proactively leverage data, market insights, marketing tools, and channels to develop and execute impactful marketing initiatives.
  • You will be the marketing team’s point of contact for the U.S. sales team.
  • You will be working from home, preferably based on the East Coast U.S.

Your Profile:

  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of producing high-quality materials with clear messaging.
  • Experience in marketing and communication within the healthcare industry and life sciences.
  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Experience with SEO best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), and others.
  • Native English speaker with excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to produce content with clear and streamlined messaging across all marketing and sales materials in both written and visual format.
  • Creative and detail-oriented.
  • Structured with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High personal drive and energy.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Takes ownership and demonstrates accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
