NKT works to connect a greener world as a key enabler of the green transition and electrification of society and to continue doing so we need your contribution in our Service & Installation team in Denmark, where you will be engaged in a broad spectrum of onshore power cable services and installation project.
The position is based in Brøndby and not more than 20 travel days per year can be expected.
A strategic mindset and hands-on mentality
As a Project Manager within HV onshore cable services, your responsibilities cover preparation, execution, documentation, and commercial handling of operational service jobs, and you will be working closely with both customers and colleagues to ensure the projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of our customers.
Your responsibilities also include:
- Providing input to our sales force when bidding for projects and repairs.
- Project execution; reporting, invoicing, claims management etc.
- Implementation of Lessons Learned, new processes, and standards so we continue to improve our way of working.
You collaborate and stay on top of things when tasks get busy
As a Project Manager, you are comfortable handling changes and finding solutions to challenges that can occur while you maintain the overview. Your Project Management toolbox enables you to:
- Organize and arrange on-site tasks, and construct and evolve plans for activities in collaboration with customers and team members.
- Oversee the commercial and legal aspects of contract implementation, engage in dialogue with clients, and take part in customer meetings.
- Secure and maintain training, certifications, and approval required on sites.
- Collaborate with other site supervisors to ensure coverage for the on-call phone service.
You also have:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, or long experience within the HV area.
- Proficiency in the commercial aspects and technical experience pertaining to the energy or electrical sectors.
- Knowledge of common industry standards and regulations.
- Fluency in English and Danish both written and spoken.
