Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark Oy Nordisk Film Ab Full time

Join to apply for the Sustainability Manager role at Nordisk Film .

Drive impactful change across film, gaming, and entertainment.

Do you want to lead the way in shaping a more sustainable Nordisk Film?

We are seeking a hands-on Sustainability Manager to drive Nordisk Film's sustainability agenda across our diverse business areas - from film production and distribution to cinemas, gaming studios, and digital services. Reporting to our VP of Strategy & Execution, you will have a broad role in sustainability.

Why this role is exciting

As storytellers and cultural influencers, we help shape the future. With our platform comes responsibility—and the opportunity to lead by example in how we produce, distribute, and engage.

At Nordisk Film, we bring stories to life—and we want to ensure those stories are created and shared in a way that respects our planet and supports future generations. As Sustainability Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our sustainability initiatives while also contributing to selected projects in our broader strategy portfolio.

Your time will be split between four core areas:

  1. Driving and supporting the sustainability strategy.
  2. Leading execution of sustainability initiatives across the organisation.
  3. Handling ESG data, reporting, and regulatory alignment.
  4. Supporting cross-functional strategic projects beyond the sustainability domain.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and maintaining Nordisk Film's sustainability strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the Strategy team and Egmont's ESG office.
  2. Coordinating ESG reporting, data collection, and KPI tracking in line with regulatory requirements and our SBTi commitment.
  3. Leading and supporting execution of sustainability initiatives in close collaboration with business units.
  4. Promoting internal sustainability awareness and fostering cross-functional engagement.
  5. Representing Nordisk Film in Egmont's ESG forums and ensuring alignment with group-wide standards.
  6. Participating in selected strategy projects outside of sustainability—contributing to business analysis, planning, and execution alongside the broader Strategy, Insights & Execution team.

We are looking for someone who:

  1. Has a strategic mindset and strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  2. Has 2+ years of experience from a corporate or consulting environment, ideally within sustainability, strategy, or transformation.
  3. Is confident working with data, KPIs, and regulatory frameworks such as CSRD, GRI, or SBTi.
  4. Thrives in a collaborative environment and can operate across functions and business areas.
  5. Communicates clearly and persuasively in English.
  6. Is structured, self-driven, and passionate about shaping change through both insight and execution.

What we offer:

You will become part of a purpose-driven and creative workplace in Valby, Copenhagen. In this hybrid role, you'll gain exposure to both sustainability and business strategy—working with senior leaders, creative teams, and operational units across Nordisk Film.

Enjoy a dynamic atmosphere, room to grow, and the energy of working in an organisation where innovation and ambition go hand in hand. Nordisk Film is part of Egmont, a foundation-owned media group. All profits are reinvested into media innovation and charitable initiatives supporting children and young people.

Write the next chapter of your career with us.
