Lead end-to-end reporting & analytics processes within the Performance Finance area

As Performance Finance Manager, you are a key member of the Global Commercial Finance team leading the end-to-end reporting & analytics processes for the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) organization. The role is supporting the orchestration of reporting and analytics and ensures transparency and alignment between various stakeholders including members of the ELT, Commercial organization, Clusters and Corporate Finance. You will be a trusted business partner supporting decision making and driving results to achieve strategic objectives.

Role responsibilities include two key areas:

  1. Support end-to-end reporting and analytics processes for the Commercial organization:
  • Coordinate the process from weekly to monthly & quarterly reporting
  • Drive proactive analysis and insights and use these to influence decision making
  • Ensure transparency and alignment across the organization
  • Provide insights and recommendations throughout the process
  • Ensure high standards and clear story lining toward senior stakeholders
  • Create relevant tools & templates to support processes
Supporting reporting transformation projects
  • Act as a business partner and trusted advisor to the Clusters.
  • Provide insights about performance of dedicated Clusters
  • Act as a sparring partner to drive the business agenda
  • Drive standardisation and correct application of global methodologies and tools
  • Manage ad hoc stakeholder requests from senior management

  • 5+ years of experience within Finance in a large global business with a focus on reporting and analytics
  • A master's degree in Finance, Economics or similar
  • Experience from the retail, fashion or FMCG industry (is a plus)
  • Experience with data models, CUBEs & Power BI (is a plus)
  • Experience with Hyperion (is a plus)

Up to 15 days of travel per year is to be expected.
