Vi søger en engageret og selvstændig Communication Student Assistant, der brænder for at skabe engagerende og informativt indhold – og som har lyst til at få et stort ansvar for at koordinere tværgående events for medarbejdere med fokus på vidensdeling.

Du bliver en del af e-conomics Communications & Sustainability-afdeling, som har ansvaret for intern kommunikation, PR, employer branding og ESG. Her får du mulighed for at tage ansvar og bidrage til en bred vifte af opgaver inden for kommunikation – især intern kommunikation og udvikling af indhold til sociale medier i tæt samarbejde med teamet og vores anden Student Assistant.

Om jobbet

Du bliver en del af et dynamisk og støttende team, hvor vi arbejder med at skabe sammenhæng og engagement på tværs af organisationen. Vi hjælper hinanden med alt fra intern kommunikation og PR til sociale medier, brandinginitiativer, events og bæredygtighedsprojekter.

Dine primære opgaver vil være:

  • Udarbejde og layoute indhold til interne kommunikationskanaler som infoskærme, Slack, plakater og nyhedsmails.

  • Lave interviews og skrive medarbejderportrætter, der styrker vores interne kultur.

  • Koordinere praktiske detaljer for tværgående events for medarbejdere som f.eks. town hall-møder.

  • Hjælpe med koordinering af videoproduktioner og andet digitalt indhold.

  • Bidrage til planlægning af indhold til sociale medier – især Instagram, Facebook og LinkedIn.

  • Støtte i diverse PR-opgaver.

Du vil få løbende rådgivning og vejledning til dine opgaver, men vi forventer også, at du kan arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar for de aftalte opgaver.

Hvem er du?

  • Du studerer kommunikation på bachelorniveau (eller en lignende uddannelse) og kan se dig selv hos e-conomic på lang sigt.

  • Du er skriftlig stærk på både dansk og engelsk og har måske erfaring med at producere tekst, layoute indhold eller opdatere sociale medier.

  • Du er god til at vinkle og har øje for visuelt design.

  • Du trives med at arbejde selvstændigt, men værdsætter også samarbejde og sparring i teamet.

  • Du har blik for detaljen, overholder deadlines og kan holde mange bolde i luften på én gang.

Hvis du har erfaring med Canva eller Google Slides, er det en fordel – men vigtigst af alt er, at du har gåpåmod og lyst til at lære.
